Following are my observations

3. I have not received any detailed findings backed by recording of statements in light of my letter to j m chaudhary , communciation with him and hand outs to hima nad explanation to him.
4. kindly see that affidavit is made available to me
5. kindly see that the reply of banker is made available to me in light of email sent to crime and home
6. pratham preliminary letter suggests that he has been convinced about frauds and that is the reason why he called for various sections from me
7. Till date no protection has been made available to me
8. arrange a public debate if the crime department is confident
